The $5,000 Spring 2021 Asaf German Anti-Bullying Scholarship to Matthew Friedman of Oceanside High School.
The scholarship, which received the most submissions in LICAB history, asked students to explain in essay form ‘to identify and explain why anti-bullying strategies are even more important during the COVID-19 pandemic.
